We were very familiar with the Real Estate Business and so when we set out to hire a Realtor, we were very particular about the requirements we had for an agent. We did not want just a "listing agent"- someone who was only interested in making commission by having their name on the sign and not actively working to sell the house. We wanted an agent with a detailed marketing plan. We interviewed 7 agents from 3 competing real estate companies in the area and were surprised to find that Julie was the only agent who showed us she had an interest in actively marketing our home and had a plan with steps outlined for a quick sale.
